Getting there requires skill, determination and the ability to deliver yet another exceptional plate of food that impresses not only presenters John Torode and Gregg Wallace, but also guest judge Grace Dent. The restaurant critic wants to be spoilt with a dish that screams indulgence, anticipating something that excites the senses and delivers a true taste sensation. Afterwards, John and Gregg are forced to send one cook home, as only the best five will head into Finals Week.

S1 E4 Orthopaedic surgeon Clare Carpenter arrives at Cardiff's Noah's Ark Children's Hospital and learns that there has been an influx of emergency cases over the weekend, meaning there aren't enough beds or nurses for all the children who need surgery. At the University Hospital of Wales, ophthalmology surgeon Magdalena Popiela is fighting to save the sight of a mum-of-two.

S2 E8 Lifetime Collection Sells Collector of over 40 years, David, decides it's time to part with his most cherished items and use the money to help others. Christina Trevanion is blown away by his knowledge of Russian folk art and his carefully curated collection of cocktail shakers and restorer Robin Johnson gives an American rocking chair some much needed TLC.

It's been reported that there has been a drop in the number of butterflies and other pollinators in gardens across the UK this year, so Carole finds out if that really is the case and, if so, why it has happened and what gardeners can do to help.

S9 E19 Taunton Becky and Paul and their two children live on the edge of the picturesque Quantocks near Taunton, Somerset, but are struggling with the strange dog-legged shape of their new-build garden. Charlie Dimmock and Chris Hull use a £6,000 budget to transform its landscaping and introduce a cracked paving patio and bespoke seating area, with a dry stone wall façade. While Chris drives the main garden build, Charlie get to tackle the dog-leg, which Chris has designed to be a fun kids area with a water play area and wooden musical instruments.
