Chelsea v Manchester United (Kick-off 1.30pm). All the action from the showpiece match at Wembley Stadium. These teams also met in the final two seasons ago, with Chelsea claiming a 1-0 win on that occasion. United went one better here last term when they overcame Tottenham Hotspur 4-0 to lift the trophy for the first time in their history, but the Blues will fancy their chances on this occasion, having enjoyed an excellent campaign in all competitions.

S9 E20 Revisited: Stevenage, Pontefract and Watford Charlie Dimmock revisits three of her favourite projects. In Pontefract, West Yorkshire, she sees a garden she and the Rich Brothers first saw under inches of snow, though it was soon turned into a nature garden. Now, seven years later, Charlie discovers not only a riot of colour but an amazing new seating area that its owners have added. Charlie also catches up with a couple in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, who wanted a Chelsea Flower Show in their garden and ended up with something even better. Plus, another look at a garden inspired by an African landscape that is now even more like a piece of paradise.
