When an alien race called the Boov move to Earth to escape from their enemies, the Gorg, humans are all removed from their homes and put in Happy Humans camps. One of the aliens, a friendly chap named `Oh', isn't like the other Boov, who dislike wasting time and never make mistakes. When Oh accidentally lets the Gorg know that the Boov are hiding on Earth, the other Boov are furious and he begins life on the run, making friends with a human girl and trying to help her find her mum.
